And so free returns apply to every single order within Germany. In the remaining EU and EEA countries, returns are free of charge if the value of the goods retained by the customer does not fall below a minimum gross order value of €120.

YES, you can print your golf balls individually with us. No matter whether it should be a text, name, logo or image. Under the menu item "Personalize" you can design your balls according to your own taste.

Basically, many subjective factors play a role in ball selection. However, our balls can be classified according to the following skill levels:
Beginner - Baller Crew
Above average player - Baller Squad
Very good player - Baller Team

The number of dimples and the pattern can be very different. A golf ball usually has between 300-400 dimples. Depending on the pattern and number, the ball has different flight characteristics.

Due to the high demand, it may happen that the product you want is not available. But you can rest assured that we are working flat out to make your product available to you again in a timely manner. For more details on the exact delivery date, you can always contact us directly.

YES, from a minimum gross order value of €50, every order within Germany will be delivered free of charge. Our goal is to make golf accessible: for everyone and at all times. It is therefore important to us to avoid excessive or even hidden delivery costs. In the remaining EU and EEA countries, the order is free of charge from a gross minimum order value of 120€. All items are shipped climate-neutrally with our shipping partner DHL.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code with the invoice, which you can use to easily track your order online at any time.

When an order is placed, the goods usually leave our warehouse before 2 p.m. on the same working day. Our packages are sent climate-neutrally with DHL. The delivery time is 2-3 working days within Germany and 4-5 working days within Europe.

No, you can order from us from the first euro. Within Germany, there are no shipping costs for orders over 50 euros.
